Le Buisson Ardent

We had a very warm welcome and great friendly service at Buisson Ardent. Yannis took great care of us. He reccomended a great bottle of wine. The food and ambience were delightful.

We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Le Buisson Ardent — it was our very first meal in Paris, and it couldn’t have been a better start to our trip. The food was outstanding, with every dish thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor.We especially enjoyed the Œuf mayonnaise à la truffe, the creamy risotto, and the Gigot d’agneau — all recommended by the staff and absolutely delicious.Beyond the food, what truly made the experience memorable was the warm and genuine hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to Yannis and the kind blonde waiter (whose name we unfortunately didn’t catch) for making us feel so welcomed and well cared for.Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic and heartfelt Parisian dining experience!

Found this place just walking around. Very decent food. Exceeded expectations. We had the beef tartare, tuna tartare, grilled squid/octopus (polpe), pan fried tuna and ipa.They served us Evian for EUR6.5 which I was tempted to give 4 stars for service, haiya, but I should’ve just been assertive and asked for tap water instead But overall, again, much better than anticipated.

Dinner, Conversation and CognacWalking near the Sorbonne in the 5th District we came upon Le Buisson Ardent and saw a wonderful lamb entree on the menu. We settled in for 2 delicious hours of cafe dining, including that lamb, dessert and cognac. All accompanied by the charm and conversation of the owner and young patrons surrounding us. Highly recommend!

My friends and I all agreed - this was our best meal in Paris! From the specialty surprise drinks to the incredible mains, the service and quality of food was amazing. I had the soup of the day and the tuna, and it was delicious! Seriously, go here, you’ll feel welcomed and have a great meal.

Our group absolutely loved our experience at Le Buisson Ardent. There are plenty of authentic food options with unique twists. This was the best escargot I had in Paris! The owner was incredibly welcoming and accommodating of our needs. The bar and drinks were definitely my favorite part about our dinner - we all had amazing cocktails and ordered several. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Big compliment to the staff for their kindness. I came with an upset stomach and got just what I needed to finally eat again. Their soup of the day, carrott puree and mousse au chocolat were delicious and made me feel like a human again. Thank you
